SHIPPING COST We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and distance from New york. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Currently, we are shipping only to the U.S. and a few select countries. However, we are working to expand our international shipping options and will be adding more countries soon We offer free shipping to the US on orders $75+. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. We currently ship with pirate ship. LOST PACKAGES Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Before placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen when shipped to your address, please contact us before placing your order and we can request a confirmation signature for delivery. Additional fees may apply.
Returns
At Artello we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us right away at official.artello.contact@gmail.com We accept returns on a case by case basis within 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted. DAMAGED ITEMS If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at official.artello.contact@gmail.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of damaged product.
